Ultimate Wedding Shoes

No, I'm not delusionally planning a wedding when I'm not even engaged (wait? what? me? never!) but I do feel that you must be compelled to agree that these shoes would be the most beautiful shoes to wear on your wedding day*:

And then every day for the rest of your life, to justify the $348.94 price tag.

Get your hopes up? Swap that dollar sign for the pound sign.

Yeah, 348.94 pounds.

But aren't they lovely?!

*I predict comments from boys disagreeing with this statement.

Argh- I would break my neck, I can guarantee it. They are pretty though, that's for sure. Pretty, and expensive. But mostly pretty.

Absolutely divine with a suntan and a fine pedicure! I'd make sure I'd go to places where I can wear them. Not just for a wedding. That's after learning how to walk in them first. Ouchy!

The are awesome! I could never wear heels like this though but they are cute!

Shun and I are arguing about weddings at the moment....

Awww, I fail at being a girl.

All I can see in those heels are about $850 worth of blisters from the strappy bits and the stiletto sinking into the grass (should you not happen to have a church wedding).

They are breathtaking, but if I owned them I wouldn't wear them, I'd just keep them on a shelf and admire them. (Not the first time, I've owned a pair of shoes I've worn once in about 10 years because I like looking at them and don't want to wreck them by wearing them :)

Dude. Those are HOT!

(I would snap that tiny heel with my weight though, haha.)

Bit wasted under a long wedding dress though, no?

You're all crazy, who even looks at feet?

amanda - you're my soon to be UK friend, therefore most likely to spot them, so we can just overlook the height and price for now, shall we? ;o)

clea - I predict there'd be a fair bit of delicate house walking first!

lulu - I will admit they're a bit higher and thinner than I'd prefer, but I think it's something I could overcome. Hope all is ok!

d'jen - I have more than one pair of only once worn shoes - I'm doing the right thing and giving one pair away tonight (they're a size too small) but I'm considering ebaying some of the others... is there a market for pre worn shoes?!

A'bear - My height x my weight would have me landing on my ass before you! I think the dress would be shorter anyway :o)

sarah - I know! Squeeeeee!!

steph - I can has moo-moos?!

adam - a boy at last! Jen doesn't, but others do :o)

Yes, I do try and avoid them :)

There is a market for pre-owned shoes, I've sold pairs of shoes for more than I've paid for them in the first place. Witchery shoes in particular sell awesomely well.

They're lovely but like D'jen when I look at them I see blisters!

d'jen - Interesting... I might have to look into this - there is def some stuff I need to unload!

m - that's why I need someone to buy them for me now... so I can wear them in around the house to avoid blister on the offchance I do ever get to actually have a wedding!

I NEEDS THEM!

Lara - me too! BUT apparently it's the start of a new trend, so there should be cheaper version available eventually :o)
