It is beautiful that you care for your brother and his lady. And I have plenty of empathy for your concern.
But really? if it all turns out assup? you are still going to be there for at least him maybe both of them?

No, Enny, you didn't curse him. Syd was out of the group by the time "Dark Side of the Moon" came out.

I don't think I have any helpful advice, just that it is their life and as much as you can advise them, it's up to the two of them to decide whether they want to get married or whatever.
susanne - will do my best (depending on circumstances of course!) - You may or may not be suprised to find out that the conversation occured after 'someone' read the post preceding it. And that's where I was at and think I'm still at...
