No, but I have an iPod playlist of 'marching music' that I use when exercising... 116 strides per minute for 3.2 kilometres, 3 times a week, minimum.

I run to Steps '5, 6, 7, 8' - it's perfect four beat melody works wonders for my thighs.

lala - oh, you're not alone there! Heh heh - hilarious. I just can't understand how that stompy girl thinks she's on the right track with her flouncy tromping.

rosanna - boot scootin' baby!! I did cardioboxing on Tuesday and the teacher used Vengaboys - I forgot how awesome that is to get me moving :o)
