I guess it depends who "he" is - a boss, an innocent looking co-worker, the officie idiot...and whether he'd be proud of it or embarrassed by it.
Maybe the conveniently edited folder names can have something like... "HR Policies"!
He's the friendliest one there - a nice guy - 30 sum'n acting like a 20 sum'n.
I actully asked him as soon as he came in the next morning and he said it was from when he'd sent it to me (in one of many innuendo emails sent back n forth - thanks taxpayers!) and just 'hadn't got around to deleting it yet'...
